  1. Upfront Payment
  • A 25% upfront payment is required before project initiation.
  • This upfront payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers initial project planning, resource allocation, and preparatory work.
  1. Refund Requests
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [support@cybhop.com].
  • Refunds for cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the amount of work completed and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.
  1. Project Progress and Partial Refunds
  • If a project is canceled after significant work has been completed, partial refunds may be offered based on the completed deliverables.
  • The refund amount, if applicable, will be determined by deducting the cost of completed tasks and any non-recoverable expenses from the total payment received.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations
  • In addition to the non-refundable upfront payment, refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
    • The project has been delivered or is near completion.
    • The client has approved milestones or deliverables.
    • Delays or issues arise due to factors outside CybHop Tech LLP’s control (e.g., third-party services, client-side delays).
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • In the event of a project dispute, CybHop Tech LLP will strive to resolve issues amicably. We encourage open communication and collaboration to address concerns before considering refunds.
  • Legal action should be a last resort, and both parties agree to make efforts to resolve conflicts through discussion or mediation.
  1. Exceptions
  • CybHop Tech LLP reserves the right to make exceptions to this Refund Policy in extenuating circumstances, at its sole discretion.
