• Failure to provide the upfront payment may result in a delay or cancellation of the project.

3. Account Creation

• By agreeing to use our services, you consent to have an account created on myportal.cybhop.com, where our administrators will manage your access.
• This portal will allow you to track project progress, milestones, payments, and communications, ensuring transparency and ease of invoicing.
• The use of this portal is mandatory for all clients to ensure smooth project management and communication.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

• We do not collect or store any personal user data without your explicit consent.
• All data handled by our services is strictly used for service delivery and is not shared with third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

• Any software, tool, or solution developed by CybHop Tech LLP for the client remains the intellectual property of CybHop Tech LLP until full payment is received.
• Upon completion of the project and receipt of all due payments, ownership of the developed solution will be transferred to the client as per the agreed-upon terms.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds for project cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the work completed. The 25% upfront payment is non-refundable.
• In the event of a project dispute, we will strive to resolve issues amicably before pursuing legal actions.

7. Jurisdiction and Legal Disputes

• All legal matters arising out of these Terms and Conditions or services rendered by CybHop Tech LLP will be settled in the courts of the agreed jurisdiction, which is Chandigarh, Punjab, India.
• By using our services, you agree to this exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Third-Party Services

• We may integrate third-party services or platforms into our solutions. We do not bear responsibility for the terms, privacy policies, or actions of these third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

• CybHop Tech LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
• We will not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
